Delete from the App
Takes less than a minute

1Open the HomeStaQ app and sign in to your account.

2Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.

3Scroll down and tap Settings.

4Select Delete Account and confirm when prompted.

5Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
Note: Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Make sure you no longer need any booking history, messages, or saved information before proceeding.
Can't Access the App?

If you are unable to access the app — due to a lost device, login issues, or any other reason — you can request account deletion by emailing us directly.

What Gets Deleted
All personal data is permanently removed
- Account & profile — your name, phone number, and profile details
- Booking history — all past and pending service bookings
- Chat messages — all conversations with service providers
- Addresses & preferences — saved locations and app settings
- Reviews & ratings — feedback you submitted for services
- Notifications & device tokens — push notification registrations
